Had the Turkey Cranberry sandwich and a slice of the banana cream pie. It was outstanding. Definitely will come back.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Seriously, it is the best kept secret in this county. Only open weekdays for breakfast and lunch, so it's a very rare treat, but if you get the opportunity...do yourself a huge favor and go. Everything they create is done with real, wholesome ingredients just like your grandma does. Served with love, a scone and a spot of coffee, and your day just got a whole lot better.

This was a fun place for lunch. Their menu consisted mainly sandwich, soup, or salad with pie! It was just enough. Everything there is home made. I felt like I was back home in Momma's kitchen. Pies are fantastic with great crusts and plenty of filling. Get there early cause there only about 10 tables to sit at. We put this place on our favorites list!

Healthy, delicious, and the best pies in Placer County! Sandwiches and soups are like going to Grandma's house. Debbie and her small staff are true wizards! It's consistently toothsome!

OMG!!! Bacon Egg Salad Sandwich and a slice of pie!!! OUTSTANDING!!! And the ladies are just as Amazing too!!!Can't wait to be back in Sacramento!!!

I went to Slice of Goodness for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of a friend who is a long-time customer and I was very pleasantly surprised! This unassuming little place has a pleasant atmosphere, and welcoming staff. I ordered the combo of half a tuna sandwich and a piece of pie. I'm very picky about tuna sandwiches, and this one was absolutely delicious, with some sort of Special Sauce and spices that truly enhanced the tuna. It was full of flavor. I ordered chocolate chess pie( NOT Chest pie as is labeled on the web picture:) My pie was served warm and was a dense, fudgy delight. I'm sorry I did not get my servers name, but she was delightful. Can't wait to go back!

A hidden gem! A small cafe serving homemade soup, sandwiches, and salads. But wait, there's more! What you really go here for is the amazingly delicious homemade pies!!! And the ladies that run this place are the sweetest... Just so you know, days/hours are limited, but it is so worth it. Go early so you won't miss out on the best pie selection.

If you’re looking for a pie look, no further homemade goodness is the word I would use for her pies, the best banana, chocolate and coconut cream pies I’ve ever ate the berry pies. The crust is best to None support small businesses
